Machtel – An overview
Machtel Limited
was founded in 2007, and initially comprised of three directors:
Terry Barnden, Martin Dickson and Gary Macbeth. Each
of the directors has a minimum of 25 years in the IT Service
industry, with a wide range of experience and achievements. Terry
Barnden is an experienced and successful sales and account director
with placements in many well known IT organisations. Martin
Dickson has 14 years experience of service delivery management, and has been the technical lead for several blue chip IT entities. Gary
Macbeth co-founded and ran his own IT consultancy company in the United
States, which still trades today in San Francisco, nearly 20 years later.
Each
of the directors has been self employed as high level IT consultants
to IT and business industries for the past few years, with clients as
diverse as Lloyds, Haymarket Press and the Football association. Since
our inception we have formed partnerships and alliances with several
established and emerging IT, business and service organisations. We
can now offer development resource, digital imaging services, BPO
skills, project management, applications to improve Email productivity, asset management skills, hardware and software procurement
services, business planning and management consultancy. We have access to technical resource in the UK, US and Australia and we can provide Project Managers and implementation teams on these three continents. Our
aim is to provide premium end-to-end, one stop IT services for any
industry. We believe we have the breadth of contacts and influence
to undertake any project of any size, and to deliver high quality,
cost effective IT solutions to a demanding marketplace. Machtel
is negotiating exclusive supply contracts for several service
applications for the UK market, and our current operations have
expanded to include work in Australia and Asia. We are a Microsoft Certified Partner.
